Hello there!  My name is Wes Truett and I'm the owner of Central Mississippi House Buyers located in Jackson, Mississippi.  I have been involved in real estate investing for over fifteen years, buying houses throughout Jackson, Madison County and Rankin County.  I was born and raised in Jackson and I'm grateful to still be here doing what I love. 

In 2009, I completed my master's work in real estate and construction management at the University of Denver.  Over the past ten years, my entire focus has moved into residential real estate investing. It's a great pleasure of mine working with homeowners and navigating them through the process of selling their home quickly and efficiently.  I try to distinguish myself by offering a sympathetic ear and a servant's heart.  So often I find myself working with homeowners that are in the midst of a difficult time in their lives.  I enjoy stepping in here and doing whatever I can do to make their lives a little easier and less overwhelming. 

Although I am a licensed real estate agent and broker (Skylark Properties, LLC), this is not a real estate brokerage company.  I buy houses very quickly with cash, with no fees or costs to the seller. I can usually close within a week time frame.  I do find my education and experience as a realtor very helpful. If think that a seller would benefit more by listing their home with a realtor, I will recommend just that.  I only want win-win transactions where everyone walks away happy!
